“Mayflower Construction converted our sunroom into a beautiful laundry room. While we had a relatively small project it had some unique features in that we wanted to raise the floor 8 inches to be level with the adjoining room. This required that the exterior door height also be shortened, which led to a reconfiguration of the steps on the landing leading to our deck. They installed a wall-mounted ductless minisplit system to cool and heat the room. Mayflower resolved all our issues. They completed all the necessary electrical and plumbing, and even left our old laundry room looking great. They paid great attention to detail in their workmanship and cleaned up at the end of each day. We now have a four season room and the luxury of doing our laundry right off the kitchen.”
